Q. Why do you have free promotion items?
A. At Iced Outlooks, we believe that people of all income levels should have the opportunity and experience of luxury accessories. Wearing a watch, a bracelet, a necklace, or even a pair of sunglasses accentuates a person's appearance dramatically. As a company, we specifically tend to the needs of customers and couldn't care less about how much we make. With that said, our free promotion items are solely for the customer's satisfaction. That's why we have free promotion items.
Q. How long will my order take to arrive?
A. We generally ship the item the same day that it is ordered(or no later than 5 days after). It can take anywhere from 14-34 days for the item to arrive. Generally, items will take no longer than 20 days to arrive upon shipping confirmation.
Q. Is this a scam?
A. Shopify is one of the largest eCommerce service providers that also handles our payment processing. We will never be able to see any sensitive information, since it is handled by Shopify.Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. All orders are final. Our orders are automatically sent to our fulfillment team and cannot be cancelled. Please be 100% sure before you make a purchase.
Q. Can I return my order?

Q. Why are multiple products not packed together?
A. Most of our items come from different warehouses around the world, so we cannot package items together without driving costs up unfortunately. Some items do definitely come together however and it should show when you receive your tracking numbers.Q. Are there any other costs I need to pay for free promo items?
A. All we ask when ordering a free promo accessory is that you cover the shipping and packaging costs that allow us to deliver these items to you. The rate is $9.95 worldwide for the first item, and an additional $9.45 per item after.
Q. How can you offer free products?
A. We order in bulk, and that allows us to get the lowest prices. We also have special discounts with our logistic partners which ensures we keep product and shipping costs to a minimum.
Q. Do you sell my details to any other companies?
A. No, we value your trust. Your personal details will never be sold to third parties.
Q. I made a large order, but not all the items have arrived yet?
A. We ship items out in small groups so that you don't get stung at customs, and also as to avoid you waiting for items that may take a little longer. Rest assured, all your items will arrive!
Q. How long have you been in business?
A. We've been in the jewelry industry for many years, but closed due to lack of income(Due to our free promotion items). However, we have decided to open Ice Outlooks again by including a variety of different options, not just our free promotion items.
Q. Where are you located?
A. We are based in North Carolina, with warehouses all over the world, but primarily in Asia.
